INTERNAL QUALITY ASSURANCE CELL

Internal quality assurance cell plays pivotal role in improving the functioning system in the college. For the quality enhancement it has been decided to Make a formal Cell. Though the systems were existing already, the presence of formal Cell gives the systematic and effective approach from the view point of process enhancement. The IQAC has been constituted with few representatives from the management, few senior members of the college, and few student representatives. Apart from maintaining the records the IQAC will give rise to Audit system. The college shall cover the activity through a thorough assessment process which will help the college in keeping improvisation. It promotes the meaningful involvement of all the stakeholders.

Note: – Date of IQAC cell formation is 30.06.2017.

Role of IQAC:

  • Initiate, sustain and enhance the quality of teaching, learning and assessment.
  • Ensure and maintain infrastructural facilities.
  • Imparting quality education to the students from rural and tribal section from the society catering to their diverse needs.

Dear all, Greetings.

We, at the SSR College of Education are committed to serve the society in tribal area by providing students with lush green, eco-friendly campus and adequate infrastructure. The college has skilful human resources including competent trained teaching faculty. The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) continuously focus on quality culture of the institution in terms of quality initiatives, quality sustenance and quality enhancements towards excellence. The IQAC ensure the teaching-learning process, enhance the integration of ICT and carries out Faculty development programmes for building the capacity of faculty members. The IQAC collects feedback from its stake holders (Teachers, students, recruiter and Alumni), the feedback collected are reviewed and implementations are made for the progression of the institute.

The IQAC is actively collaborating with institutions of academic excellence. The institution has signed functional MOUs with these collaborators and thus provided an opportunity to the faculty as well as students for worthy brain storming, skill-building, orientation and students progression. The IQAC tries to utilise the available resources at maximum level as well as ensures quality education to the students and motivate the faculty for Professional growth. Our institution has remarkable capacity to adapt multilingualism, emerging changes and challenges in the field of higher education taking place around the world. IQAC has evolved the mechanism to provide equitable access and affordability of academic programmes for various sections of society. We assure all stakeholders (faculty members, administrative staff, students, parents, recruiter, community and alumni) that, we are committed to take our institute towards success with greater heights.
