Swargheeya Sanjibhai Rupjibhai (SSR) Memorial Tust was established in year 2003 by Honorable Chairman Shri. Mohan S. Delkar with an objective to provide quality and professional higher education in tribal area of Dadra & Nagar Haveli and vicinity area. SSR Memorial Trust is registered under No.106 at page No.39 Vol. I of Book No. IV dt 17.07.2003, as required under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 extended to the UT of Dadra and Nagar Haveli.
The trust started SSR College of Arts, Commerce and Science in year 2006 and since then there was no looking back. Trust then established another three colleges in campus namely SSR College of Education, SSR College of Pharmacy and SSR Institution of Management and Research all colleges affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by their respective statutory bodies (UGC, NCTE & AICTE) within short span of time.
SSR Memorial Trust’s educational campus is located in Saili, Silvassa, UT of Dadra & Nagar Haveli with lush green sprawling lawns and gardens. Every college has state of art infrastructure like airy and naturally lighted classrooms, well equipped laboratories, updated and well-furnished libraries, auditorium, sports complex, playgrounds, hostels, bus shuttle service, temple and canteen facilities providing holistic conducive environment for all round development of students.
Trust always strives and shall strive to impart best, updated and innovative academic, professional and infrastructural facilities to its students which shall cater their needs according to rapidly changing time and society in 21st century.
